Vodacom ruining my life. Bye bye 100% home loan.

Last year August I came here to complain about Vodacom not cancelling my first contract with them. I explained that I had two contracts with them and the that I had just cancelled my second one, which I took out in August 2016, after trying to cancel my first one for a couple of months.

They did call me after this complaint and resolved my dispute, settling my account with the money they were incorrectly charging me. When the gentleman called to tell me this, I told him I was actually cancelling two contracts, to which he told me that the second cancellation would only happen in the following month because I cancelled during the month.

They then kept deducting from the amount that they had settled into my account, every single month until they finished it all. Guess what happened when they were done with that? They started billing me for the second contract I had cancelled.

I went to Vodacom stores and I called the Billing and Cancellation departments from their consultants' phones because I no longer had a Vodacom number, and the consultant on the other end of the phone call would pretend they were cancelling or disputing Vodacom's billing, but nothing happened. I went to their stores more than twice. I spoke to consultants who said they saw disputes and would escalate the matter but nothing has been done because now I am being sent to collections. They are sending me a final letter of demand.

The worst part out of all of this is that I can't get a 100% home loan because I owe R440.90 to Vodacom, for a contract I cancelled last year!!!!!!! But I am not going to pay for it. Are you kidding me? Sort it out, please.

I went to their stores to call consultants that would help. One did help and created a cancellation order for me. I went instore yesterday to find feedback but no one could help. I was transferred everywhere. You people are ruining my life.
