vodacom ruining my credit record

please assist me as vodacom hasn't assisted me they said they are investigating however ,to my surprise today they debited my account again and this is really ruining my credit status and i need this sorted out as none of them is able to explain how this amount came about,<br> <br> waiting urgently for your response as this is really getting out of hand and is ruining my credit status.
