Vodacom ruined my life 💔

I wish I could give them Zero 😭 Vodacom is ruining my life I swear to God. I have beeeeeen trying to cancel their contract which they have been renewing without my consent. I finally won that battle after fighting with them and exposing them on Twitter thats the one time they took me serious.

I then asked them to cancel the number and remove anything attaching me to them and they utterly refused saying they will put the number on prepaid but it won't affect me anymore and they can't terminate the number. A few months later I see a debit coming from my account of R171.45 or something and when I called to query they gave me stories and couldn't give me a straight answer. Again when I ask them to remove anything that associates me with that number they refused. The stories they gave me regarding the R171.45 debited on my account they said I owe them which was baffling to me because I terminated the contract and I am not using the number for them to be saying I owe them but none the less I paid and event sent the proof of payment to them using an email address I was given by their representative that I called (***) and still nothing they kept on saying the money hasn't reflected on their part.

Imagine my surprise when I check my credit score and they say I missed 2 Vodacom payments 😭 this really breaks my heart because I am not using the sim card and they are refusing to separate me from their services and it is now ruining my life and I don't know what to do anymore but I would highly advise anyone who is looking for a network service provider to not even consider vodacom as they are ****** who pray on people and ruin their lives. I regret the day I took a contract with them.
