Vodacom ruined my Life

<p>After going back and forth with Vodacom for months in 2015. Vodacom acknowledged that the account was **********ly opened in my name and that they would close it and remove it from my credit profile. Today I find out that they didn't keep their word and I am blacklisted/blocked. Vodacom has single handedly ruined my credit score by failing to honor their end of the agreement.</p>
