Vodacom ruined my credit rating
I paid up my account with Vodacom as instructed and they did not close my account and they continued debiting my account, when i reversed the debit order they reported the account as being in arrears.

26 Aug 2019, 09:29i received false information from the agent, the agent told me i had to wait for the 5th of July before i can pay a certain amount and send the proof of payment before they can close it. then on the 4th of july vodacom billed me for July to my surprise the agent didin't mention that or add the amount to the amount required to close the account.
Vodacom is the worst telecommunication company to deal with and they have the worst agents in the industry, avoid vodacom by all means and save yourself the headache.
