Vodacom ruined Christmas and never keep to their word

Vodacom incompetence ruined our Christmas as my kids could not get their gifts of the new phones which Vodacom promised. They have broken their promises many times and don't really seem to do anything but give me excuses. this has been going on since September 2022 and i was given nothing but false confirmations and then they call to tell me the order is not going to be delivered.

i have spent many hours on the phone for months now and there is no remedy in sight
