so a woman phoned me to tell me that i was due for an upgrade, but Vodacom does not have any of the phones that we want in stock - i asked her when they were getting stock and she could not tell her, i then said to her, we will upgrade once you have stock because we want a specific phone, she just put the phone down in my ear, I ACTUALLY CANNOT BELIEVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY - PATHETIC AND JUST PLAIN OUT RUDE
