Vodacom routing to landline number

Hello, Please can you advise who at Vodacom can assist me as one of our clients unable to receive calls on their landline from any users on the Vodacom network. The client is Audi in the Westrand. Openserve and BCX have checked their side and advised the possible issue is on the STP's from Vodacom.
