Vodacom router movement

I have complained on hello peter about vodacom and the wrongful instalation of my router. They phoned and expect me to pay R2500 to have it moved to a more convenient place ( where I originally asked for it to be installed and they refused because it's more convenient for the technician to install it where it's installed now) I told hom it's going to give me problems where he wanted to install and he promised it won't. He **** telling me it has a 30m radius where it actually has 10m. Thnx vodacom for your absolutely disappointing service.
