Vodacom router
I have had such a horrible experience with vodacom. my router was delivered early December 2023 and it only worked for a few days. made a lot of calls to try and remediate the situation but it is still not resolved. when I tried to cancel the contract I am being told I have to pay 12K for something that is not working and they are not even trying to fix it .
