Vodacom router data contract
Please assist with this account that keeps accumulating charges on a monthly basis that I do not understand. I have been calling since last year with the same issue of having content services, purchased content and pm connect that I am not aware of.
I called to have this issue solved and I was advised these things have been blocked on my accounts and will not continue to be charged on my account but they are still being charged. My contracted has ended and I am unable to cancel because of the above mentioned issue and it has caused my account to be in arrears.
This contract has been nothing but stressful and a pain because I keep on complaining about the same issue and no one is able to help me and explain to me what is going on.

There are no PM Connect charges.
