Vodacom router and vumatel fibre line

I’m so disappointed with Vodacom fibre department and thier incompetence .In fact I’m flabbergasted. I ordered a WiFi router from Vodacom under Vumatel fibre line . Router successfully delivered and technicians came and installed the router and did everything but WiFi it’s not working it’s been 3days ,meaning the technician were useless ,logged a query ,no feedback nothing .I have to call them everyday and all they do is tell me the matter being escalated but nothing it’s being done and all they do is provide with me endless references ,but my issue is not being solved. Infact I want them to come collect their ******* at my house and cancel their nonsense .
