Vodacom Rooter not delivered

I have upgraded my business data contract and asked for a new rooter to be added. This was still early April. The delivery address was spelled out to the consultant and read back to me. Ram was supposed to deliver my Vodacom parcel but had the address as well as the contact number incorrect. I am not sure how the information was carried over. Eventually my parcel ended in capetown instead of pretoria, and later was simply returned to vodacom. I have phoned vodacom a few times after the return back to vodacom, after holdomg on so long every time, and spoke to various customer service representatives. All I get told,is that it is another company that deals with sending out the rooters and they will get them to call me back to arrange a different delivery. I have since waited a month and still no one have phoned me to arrange the delivery of my rooter.
