Vodacom rooter issues. No support

Very poor service My vodacom rooter just not working. This device feeds my entire home with data so all our phones,tvs are affected

At the Benoni branch, they could not care less to assist. Told me I must phone some number, and then got ignored.

Worst service ever!!!!

Now we waif for someone to hopefully call and in the meantime we have no dara/wifi!!
