VODACOM = ROGUE DEBIT ORDER COLLECTORS!!!

i had 5 contracts with Vodacom. 2 of them expired at the end of July 2020 and I called in asking for them to be cancelled upon expiry. In August Vodacom charged me a "Promo" fee for 55mb of data WHICH I DID NOT REQUEST!! I called in asking for the payment to be reversed and for that to be cancelled. I was promised feedback in 2 days. I just received my Sept invoice and I am now being charged for 2 Promos!! This is a *******!! Vodacom is no better than the R99 debit order collectors who have been ripping South Africans off! I want this cancelled and the payments reversed to my account with a letter of apology emailed to me because there is more to this story than there is space to write. As soon as my remaining contracts run out I will have nothing to do with Vodacom again and I wouldnt recommend anyone to get in business with these ***boys who do as they please!!!
