Vodacom rock!

Shout out to Vodacom. My wife had a really bad experience with a "value add reseller" of Vodacom data and the contract we signed with them was a mess of lies from their side. We managed to cancel that and went directly to Vodacom in Beacon Bay, East London. Riaan was an absolute star, he kept his word and resolved this thing very quickly and we have our new contract ready to roll from 1 Jul. Vodacom even gave us pro-rate from what we would have got this month. Vodacom are really great, Riaan at Beacon Bay store is brilliant and lesson learned - don't go with these call centre "resellers" of Vodacom rather go directly to Vodacom themselves.
