Vodacom robs its clients

Vodacom's get rich scheme... Vodacom claims to be the best network in SA as voted for by themselves. This is how they ******* unsuspecting loyal customers over a period of time... I took out a 24 month data contract in January 2017. I was given the wrong information at the time in inception of the contract I was promised 10 Gigs of data by day on a my Gig 5 contract. After weeks of backwards and forwards, resolution was reached and I was given 10 Gigs per month... The signal was fine everything seemed ok. I noticed that the signal started getting weak and after calling the call center several times, I decided to get another deal with MTN. 6 months ago, the signal died altogether. I then decided to terminate my contract with Vodacom. On requesting a termination, I was advised to use up all of my data as it will expire at the end of the month. What an absolute joke as theres no signal to use the data... Being in the medical field, one needs to be able to communicate with the hospital regularly. After calling the call center yet again and posting on Facebook, I got a call from Alex... He advised tgat there were not enough towers in the area and Vodacom basically does not cover that area. When asked how it was possible to have a signal for 18 months prior, Dololo... When asked how it was possible for other network providers to offer such services, Dololo.... According to him Vodacom has no plans to fix the signal or put up a new tower, however they are more than comfortable taking off their premium from my bank account each month.... This is how Vodacom *****s from us... Yes they are *******... Raking money but not providing a service is as good as theft... I now want a termination of my upgrade done on black Friday as you guys can't deliver the service that I am expected to pay for.... Shamelessly disgusting...
