VODACOM ROBS ANOTHER

Absolutely disgusted!!!Vodacom has handed me over for a contract that has supposed to be closed!!!Went into the gateway branch yesterday and received Absolutely zero assistance even though I am an active customer with an active account that is up to date!!!I am apparently supposed to get intouch to cancel a contract that supposed to last for 3 years after fully paying for my contract for 3 whole years they cancel off my direct debit but somehow put me in debt for R1600+ from April for a closed contract that they are supplying me with zero for nothing...Sim card is not in use and I am now with them for a new contract !!! They hand me over and contact numbers that are not linked to me anymore yet I am an active user with them !!! When in store was faced with the most unhelpful customer service and given the it is what it is approach I took my contract online and was never told to reach out to cancel a contract that was meant to last for 3 years what in the world?????????????????This complete disregard for people has to end !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will definitely not be paying 1600+ after fully paying for a contract !!!! I want to shed light on this ***** towards customers that keeps on happening and I want this resolved immediately!!!!
