Vodacom robing me

I requested a paid up letter as soon the amount paid reflect on your system , as we all know that I try to closed this account for almost 3 month with Vodacom putting charges and consulted saying a different things . No one bother to listen to those recorded conversation as promise . please help this Vodacom is robbing me And there no update on my credit check for almost 5 month
