Vodacom robbing us during hard times follow up

After my review of vodacom robbing me of data and money on 31 August 2020 they reaponded within a few hours that they would call in due course, i am still waiting for the call, my issue remains unresolved it just shows how bad they treat their customers

Vodacom claims to have resolved my query even thou i am still waiting for them to call me since 31 August 2020 these are a bunch of ****** they wont get away with this theft
