Vodacom robbing people
Came here to rant, but looking at the existing low trust factor, I suppose it wouldn't exactly be necessary.
Either way, a couple of months backs I could phone people on a R110.00 airtime which would last me the majority of the month before having to recharge again. Now that same amount I can barely make 3 phone calls and the airtime is finished.... it's ridiculous. And yes my OODBR is off.

However, I would very much like to thank the lady which actually contacted me(I will not mention her name here as I'm not sure if I'm allowed to due to POPIA) and not just stopped there but did find an issue on my account and resolved it very swiftly. THANK YOU, you are a sweatheart. If I could review you, I'd give you as an employee and person a 5 Star rating.
