Vodacom robbing me my R500, I'll be damned

On 20 October I paid 500 towards my current balance of 788 through the vidacom app and to this day vodacom has mo trace of the money and all they can say is "your payment isn't reflecting" like I used peanuts to pay. I will not be ****** by vodacom, they need to trace that payment and allocate it - times ate too hard to be ****med by people who are already multimillionaires
