Vodacom robbing it's customers

I received a call to renew my contract in August/September 2023, which was due for an update. The sales consultant said nothing will change from my current contract and that I will receive a R3000 voucher free from Vodacom since I have been a customer since 2008. I receided the phone, but never received the voucher. When I tried to follow up I was referred from one extension to the other and I couldn't get the contract. I requested for the voice recording as they had promised that I will get it on request, they asked m, why do I want it? Where do I want to use it. And they started referring me to one extension after the other. I could spend 2 to 3 hours on the phone but still not get help. I walked into the vodashop and they printed what was supposed to be the contract. It was different from the telephonic agreement. When I asked for assistance they referred me to online contracts. Where I had failed to get the recording nor assistance. My previous contract was 24 months. Surprisingly the new one was 36 months. I never agreed to that. This is how Vodacom treats its customers. Total disregard of us. Modern day slavery and *******. It's a shame how they take advantage of their customers. My advice is that don't do online contracts with vodacom you will end up like me. I gave up, I lost it all. Choose other networks that value it's clients.
