VODACOM ******* OF CUSTOMER MONEY

Hello Is anyone aware of a **** at Vodacom where they deduct money from your airtime balance to pay for some subscription service you supposedly signed up for. I tried calling their call centre and after many times finally got through to a call centre agent who was **********ly inadequate to deal with this enquiry. I asked her who are the people on whose behalf they are deducting the money for and she could not answer me. I asked for a solution and she said nothing can be done and she can't help me. VODACOM I AM BEGGING FOR YOUR HELP. YOU HAVE BEEN DEDUCTING MONEY SINCE MARCH AND I WANT TO KNOW FOR WHOM AND HOW WERE YOU GIVEN TJE INSTRUCTION TO DO THIS. Am i asking to much? By the service i got from your call centre agent it felt like i was a nuisance for asking why you doing this
