Vodacom roaming not working

I have activated my roaming before I travelled to Zambia/DRC and it shows on vodapay app that roaming is active. I have also received sms stating the same. I purchased bundles and still my roaming doesn’t work and I get billed at normal rates!!!! Transaction order numbers for travel bundles are E*** and then I tried again E***. On previous trip I had the same experience and my bill was approx R960 more as a result. I went to the Vodacom shop and they logged a call and I received sms and nothing more. I am currently trying to contact vodacom as per numbers on the apps, but all numbers does not work!!!!!082135 &***4!!! I am frustrated!!!!
