VODACOM rlBLOCKS me from making contact with them to cancel 2 upgrades I am not INTERESTED TO TAKE ANYMORE
Took 2 contracts which I am not satisfied with upgrade consultant gave me wring information regarding the contracts and dont want to upgrade NO LONGER INTERESTED TO UPGRADE. I sent device back with Courier, I no longer wanto upgrade at all , VODACOM blocks my numbers so how do I cancel the contracts if VODACOM blocks me from making contact with them ?

14 May 2024, 11:28Don't even bother to do any upgrades with VODACOM!! They BLOCK your number from canceling an upgrade you don't wanto proceed with so there's no way you can phone them to cancel!!!

15 May 2024, 11:25I am NOT happy with VODACOMS RESPONSE wanting to charge me with penalty fees , PENALTY FEES for what just costing don't wamto continue to upgrade now I must pay penalty fees for what exactly 1st of all this is not my fault the consultant gives the wrong information and I am not happy with it now VODACOM wants me to pay penalty fees , I REFUSE I WONT pay any penalty fees for a consultant that can't do his job qnd I am left to sort out this mess myself !!!!! Which is also not happening the way it's going right now
