Vodacom risks lives by cancelling internet service and forcing people back to offuces

I Was having bad internet service from Vodacom fibre and after months of telephone calls they sent a technician who said the router was faulty but they refused to honour the guarantee even though the fault goes back months. I therefore cancelled my contract and was advised it is a 30 day cancellation. My new provider asked me to ask for early line termination so they could install. Vodacom has terminated the service completely and now advise they take 14 days to release the line. In the modern technology times this is untrue as two other providers have stated that the line can be cleared. Vodacom are holding people to ransom. Also as a 60 year old person because they have terminated the service I I forced to expose myself to COVID by going into the office as it is essential I have internet hence the reason for cancelling the service because of the constant dropping of the line. Vodacom are money orientated snd don’t care about anybody’s health or if they are exposed to COVID. They just want you to pay for a second grade service. I have complained on this format twice snd Vodacom send out a standard response that someone will contact you. I am yet to receive that call
