Vodacom rips you off

My husband and I both have contracts with Vodacom.... since 1st March we have been trying to upgrade and have ordered the phone we wanted at 2 stores.... Sandton City and Norwood. Over 2 weeks later no one calls us and we come back to find out and thy say no stock and it's discontinued. Cancelling all our contracts with Vodacom.
