Vodacom ripping us off when will it stop?
Last night I loaded 1GB to play online as the Wifi was slow. Within 20mins I was disconnected and all my airtime and the 1GB I JUST loaded disappeared. This happened to my mom as well. Vodacom is aware of this and yet it's only the people that call in and complain that get any recourse. What about all the other people, like me now, that can't be bothered to call into an inept call centre to sort this out. I'll just change to another network.

04 Feb 2019, 08:19Quick to reply so they get points but they haven't addressed the situation at all. We need to do more about these parasitic corporations than just complain on a website. For eg. Nedbank just had my complaint removed from here - that's the power they have. And hellopeter just buckles and obeys. They will remove this too probably - so much for freedom of speech...
