Vodacom ripping us off
Vodacoms service is absolutley atrocious. I have been querying our contracts for the last few months. Vodacom promises to call back, or hangup on my calls and then I receive smses stating that the issues have been resolved when they havent. They often also refuse to give me reference numbers for my calls. They are ripping us off blindly and they refuse to resolve issues. My hands are tied behind my back and they continue to charge me for services which I am not getting.

19 Jun 2019, 07:22Thank you - a portion of my problem was solved. It's a pity I wasted ours on the phone to vodacom and eventually had to resort to Hello Peter for someone to take me seriously. Business queries still not resolved.
