Vodacom ripping us of our hard earned money, again!!!

I cannot believe i have just been ****** by Vodacom of my R29. I just juiced up my phone and in a few seconds it was gone. I did not even get the 'recharge message' to confirm i had just recharged with R29 only to try and covert that airtime to data and receive a message to say that i have insufficient credit for that transaction. When i called the call centre, i was told that my airtime was used by internet and yet i had switched off my mobile data prior to that. I know that out of bundle rates are costly hence my promptness to convert that data as soon as i had recharged. But before i could even do that, Vodacom was already at it. This once happened to me to a while back and when i probed an investigation, i was at first told about my 'excessive' use of the internet that ate up R200 of my airtime, only to then tell me, after insisting they further investigate, that there was an error. And now that i called them, calmly, so that they take time to investigate again, i was simple told i was using the internet. Vodacom, i've been using these smart gadgets for a while now to know the dos and dont's. This is **************** and its not fair to treat your customers this way. MTN has never done this to me as i use them as well. Please put your house in order.

Angry customer!!!
