Vodacom ripping people off
Dear Vodacom
I have been waiting for your outlet to call me till today nothing. Can anyone attend to my matter urgently it really frustrate. I really doubt if i will ever use or take Vodacom contract they rip people off and they don't know how to explain themselves when you ask them question .
Am very dissapointed.
It's easy for Vodacom to call you and tell you about their product but when you experience problems with their network no one will call you but they'll continue charging for something you didn't use.
Can i get response to this matter
