Vodacom *********** our money without our concern

Vodacom is ripping us off our money, I'm getting debited amounts of money that I did not sign for, I get data every month that I did not opt for when I go to the store to cancel them they tell me that I must wait 3working days after payment so that they can resolve the issue, when I went to vodacom shop the consultant laughed at me and asked if I read the terms and conditions before purchasing the data. Since when do we get terms and conditions when we purchase data, cancel the damn bonus data I do not need it, can my account statement go back to what I signed for. Now instead of fixing my problem they call to offer me more data. This is a kaak service I can't wait to finish this contract I am so leaving vodacom
