Vodacom *********** it's own ciustomers

I have just checked Vodacom's pricing. My neighbour will pay R604 per month to use Vodacom on an open access network I will have to pay R900 per month and R1000 installation to have the same package because Vodacom are the only supplier on my network. How can this be fair when it is the same package from the same service provider. Vodacom is *********** its own customers and seems to be able to get away with it. I have written to the competitions board and I will see if they can do anything with this unfair practice
