Vodacom *********** customers

Vodacom and their subsidiary companies are ripping customers off. Beware! <br> <br> I was sold a data plan on the phone by Mondo and told that it would come with a modem which I explicitly said I did not want. The modem was subsequently sent to me and the data is on a separate sim card and of no use to me. Both Vodacom and Mondo are saying that I am tied into this contract and are charging me for something I did not want. They recorded the message and despite hearing that I did not want the modem are refusing to credit me. Watch out for the deceptive marketing techniques.<br> <br> The cherry on the top is Vodacom just called me to try and sell me the exact same contract! I am speechless.
