Vodacom ripping me off

My Vodacom account I***-5 was in arrears I called Vodacom towards end August 2022 and I was advised that I need to pay R4 635.55 to bring it up to date. This amount was paid on 1 September 2022.

On 06 September 2022, I made a call to Vodacom from no. *** the call lasted 19min and 39sec. This was me enquiring how do I remove the negative listings on my credit profile. Magdeline Phalane assisted me on that call and advised that I need to pay off the contractual amount with Vodacom for Vodacom to close the account.

On 28 October 2022 – I requested quotation from Vodacom. I received 2 quotation (R1,492.47 and R10,815.07). Both quotation were valid for 14 days.

On 3 November 2022 – I paid Vodacom the contractual installment of R646.00 as I had not received money to pay on the settlement amount.

On 04 November 2022 – I paid Vodacom the settlement amounts (R10,815.07 and R1000.00) as per the quotation I received on 28 October 2022 minus the R646.00 paid the day before.

The total (R1,492.47 and R10,815.07) settlement invoice received on 28 October 2022 is R12 307,07. The total paid to Vodacom between 3 and 4 November 2022 is R12 461,07.

Between 04 November 2022 and 21 December 2022 I have made 62 Calls to Vodacom to get a paid up letter and close off Vodacom because I would like to purchase a home.

However I received an invoice that I owe Vodacom R1500 and they have also went further listed the Vodacom account as being in arrears by R1500 + and my installment being R10 000 a month.

My number *** was also moved to prepaid however they claim my contract is not paid up.

I logged a call on 20 December 2022 to ask how the R1500 was calculated with ref no. ***. However on 21 December 2022 the call was closed with no reason what so ever or anyone calling me.

I would like Vodacom to remove their listings from my account as it is incorrect and factually wrong but also Vodacom to remove the Vodacom account from my bereau as that is what I requested from Magdeline Phathlane the 1st agents I spoke to in September 2022.
