Vodacom ripping me of my airtime

Vodacom is ripping people off, every time I recharge they deduct some amount for a supposed airtime advance that I have never requested or used!! Can they stop trying to make up for their losses by charging people for things we've never used, no wonder everyone is porting to Telkom. When I call their stupid call center there's literally no one except that robot
