Vodacom ripping loyal customers off!!!!

The worse network ever. Ive been a loyal vodacom customer for all my life and now I'm going to have to switch to unknown territory because of the ill treatment and expensive data rates. Whats ****ing me off here is i always pay my airtime advances and ive just recently paid one about two weeks ago and now ive used over R90 with of my money recharging and all im getting is that ive reached my call limits, every time i recharge this whole day. And now I'm trying to call their customer helpline and all im getting is a standardised pre recorded voice that is absolutely no help to what i need to query right now. I am so ****ed off with their services I'm gonna go out of work now and port my number to another service provider, i don't care which one it is, as long as its not vodacom. I'm done with them
