Vodacom ripped me off my airtime.

I borrowed airtime from Vodacom airtime advance of R174 in less than a week, on the 12th of February 2020 I paid it in full from four recharges of R100, R30, R29 and lastly another R29. This repayment included a R1 interest per R10 advance airtime. After those recharges I received an sms saying I have R48 outstanding balance on my advance. I called Vodacom to find out why I still owed R48 after having paid my advances in full and I was given a run around, being told that there's no way I would be charged money I did not owe and my matter was not resolved to my satisfaction and my was airtime not paid back.

On Sunday I recharged with R50 airtime and the took R48as a repayment of the airtime advance. Same day after an survey sms I was called by a Vodacom agent to ask why did I rate them poor and I told them the same story, she, the agent, tried to calculate for me and saw the advance was indeed paid in full, which is proof to me that they are aware of this but cannot justify the deduction of R48. After being unable to justify why they took R48 from my recharge, they came up with an advance of R22 which I did not do after that full repayment and even that still not justify why they took R48. Eventually, she told me there is nothing they can do because it's what their system says. So my airtime was not repaid back to me.

I am very angry and wish to have nothing do with this network.
