VODACOM RIPP OFF

I have a contract with Vodacom and received a call offering to increase my voice bundle and data and decrease my sms's for an extra R91 per month which I agreed to. They have now decreased my voice call bundle to 51 minutes from 200 minutes per month increased my data and no sms's. When I called to complain and have this cancelled as it is not what I agreed upon I got the run around and they told me they cannot do the migration back to my initial contract until the new month. After threatening to take it further they said they will do the migration the next day. I have now, on the same day as my last complaint received an agreement I have to sign whereby they are charging me R455 to do the migration. I have not authorised the migration to this new contract at all and have been billed for it and now they want to Bill me more that half my monthly payment for their deceit and something I never authorised. I refuse to pay for vodacom's error ( read deceit)! This is outrageous and I cannot help but wonder how many people they do this to. How many R91 and R455 are they making out of innocent people by ripping them off like this. Until they can prove this with the recording which they will never be able to do as there is no such recording, I will open a ******** case. I refuse to become another statistic of vodacom's thievery! I advise anyone to refrain from dealing with Vodacom. I await vodacom's response but will not hold my breath as it seems vodacom is here to ******* consumers.

The nightmare continues!!! After sending me an email that they have cancelled the migration fee, VODACOM has in fact debited my account with an additional amount of R646.00 added to my monthly subscription. This is *******. I never gave them permission. F***ing hell I never even requested the migration in the first place. I have been on the phone with customer care this morning and after being put on hold for eternity the agent says she will call me back as she does not have an email address where I can send the confirmation of cancellation to. I am taking this matter further as they STOLE over R600.00 from my account and think they can get away with it. How many people are they not *********** like this. By judging from this forum it seems to be a helluva lot. My reference number is 1- ********** ********** and I am ****ed! Credit me or I open a ******** case
