VODACOM RIPOFF ARTISTS

In August of 2023 I recieved a call from Vodacom that a number on my account was due an upgrade. I was advised by the agent from Vodacom that should I upgrade I would be spending less on my current Vodacom account which was a lie. It has been FOUR MONTHS since I recieved the new Hero phone from them without a sim card yet Im paying R600 nmore a month on my account and am still unable to use the phone. The Vodacom store manager says he cant help me yet is quite happy to take the extra R600 a month from me or all my access will be shut down. I phone enquiries and have the assistant when she cant help me either just put the phone down in my ear. This is what happens when people make way too much money to the point that they can just be plain rude and not give a damn about customer service. The service Ive been paying for every month just dissapears at the end of the month without me ever having had access to it. How nice is that. To top it Im a pensioner who cant afford this at all. The sooner I change service providers the better.

As expected from VODACOM it has been two days since I lodged my complaint and of course they responded that a consultant would be in touch shortly. NOTHING, SILENCE and just exactly what I expected. They could not give a damn but gladly take my money and provide me with absolutely no service whatsoever. These people are pilferers . The only word I can use as the others I could have used are deleted
