VODACOM RIPOFF

This is to warn any prospective client of Vodacom who wants to upgrade his or her phone to a better make/ model. I assumed I would be getting expert advice when I agreed to upgrade my phone with a Vodacom consultant. He advised not only would I be saving money but would also have access to a phone with a better camera than the phone I had at the time. Well that was a lie as was the fact that I now pay more and dont even get any airtime in my contract. Another problem that ive encountered is that my new piece of **** phone is not Android and dont have access to any Google maps or apps . It is a complete disaster and the day this expires I will certainly take my business to a company that doesnt take their clients for ******s and rips them off by selling the old stuff left on the shelf to unsuspecting people like me. I should have hung on to my Huawei P20pro and Id have still had all my apps and decent pics that that phone took. Vodacom is a PURE RIPOFF
