Vodacom ******* incompetency

I was called in November by an upgrade sales department woman and offered a new "upgrade package" for R55 PM. - 65min As they speak so fast, it sounded ok and I gave the Go ahead. Only to realise after that, I made a mistake to accept that offer as I used to have a 1 GIG promotional data on my previous package, they didn't mention data now and actually offered me a DOWNGRADE. I immediately called back to STOP this new contract. Vodacom customer service said they would reverse the "Upgrade" and I have the SMS to prove that this was "REVERSED". Yet, they went ahead still and changed the contract to Flexi 65 and I am not paying R55 but R75! This is SO *********! Vodacom does not know how to do business correct. I want this New change CANCELLED! Who can do their job right? REF # 27 November: A2-FR8N-A4T1BU 28 November received an SMS "Upgrade has been reversed" - Retentions,Ugrades and Cancellations Admin Team- Olga Nomnqamlezo Hans... Yet I have been still migrated to this stupid Flexi 65 at a higher cost I accepted! Cell # *** Sort out this mess, or does one need to take this issue on legally?
