Vodacom *******.

Here is how they get you; 1. You get a call that you are eligable for an upgrade 2 to 3 months before your contract expires.

2. You accept the upgrade.

3. The following month you get a huge bill and they tell you that you are billed separately for the device therefore now need to pay for the 2 devices until the initial 24 month contract is complete.

4. two years later they tell you that your contract end date is the date of the initial contract not the upgrade date.

5. however from the upgrade date you start paying for the new device.

6. MTN allows you to upgrade as early as 20 months with no nonsense about paying for 2 devices and can choose any plan higher or lower than your existing plan, I initially believed that this was an industry norm, turns out Vodacom just *****s their customers. ********** business practice*
