VODACOM *******
Received BULK messages in one night from 19:26 on Friday, 16 March 2018 informing me that my data is out of bundle... started with R152.04, seconds after R301.44, seconds after R600.23, seconds after R904.12. Stops until 21:19 R1202.92 , seconds after R1501, seconds after R2000.54 then final reminder R3004.30 out of bundle . During this time my phone was actually switched off as it was charging . Trying to call someone / email a Manager to sort this out has been the worst experience of incompetency you could ever imagine. Eventually someone by the name of Shafiek contacted me but which he tells me that my bill is actually sitting on R30,000 and he can discount R24,182.26 - to my shock ... I could not accept and understand this. His explanation on this was that it is my Apple music .... WELL I really could not believe this. Those who know Apple... Music... you can only download in a wi fi zone... and we pay apple for this service and not Vodacom.. and I am dam sure Apple does not pay Vodacom. I have been downloading apple music for years... at home wi fi... so what on earth is this nonsense all about? I cannot get through to any competent person at Vodacom to sort this out. I have received two email addresses of which both bounce back from the call centre , ********** . Shafiek's email has a no reply return . I cannot believe this outrageous out of bundle charges for someone who is on an expensive contract already. Who does one call to rectify this ? FURIOUS!!!
