Vodacom Riggs their download fibre speed

How bad can Vodacom Fibre service become that they have to cheat on their download speed reports? Vodacom is rigging their application to state a higher download speed than they actually give you. No wander they always direct you to their application: Vodacom Business MTB Speedtest. It is a cheat!! I compared the Vodacom speedtest result with that of Telkom Saix: Vodacom was showing over 23 Mbps, when in reality I was getting just over 16Mbps. That is why I get poor connectivity and poor download view. The goverment should intervene and stop Vodacom from cheating and *****ing from the public!!
