Vodacom ridiculous service

Whenever we call to speak to someone for assistance, we always referred to someone else, no one calls us back, they have no customer service. and we are awaiting the upgrade but can't because no one can assist us and we have been loyal customers for over 11 years. absolutely horrible service.
