Vodacom ridiculous service

Once again very poor and ridiculous service. They cannot help me although i follow all their prompts. This sags is ongoing since March this year.after my last complaint and talking to their consultant I am not getting helped. Went into Vodacom Tyger valley and the consultant had to agree *** cancellation consultants are inept. Camcel my ****** contract every time I phone it's a system problem and they will get back. It's now again 3 months later.
