Vodacom rewrites definition of communication

I have received daily reminders that my contract is due for an upgrade. I am perfectly aware of this. The kick is that I cannot reply to these harassing messages. It even says at the bottom of the message that it does not accept responses. I then contacted Vodacom on Twitter. Like pulling teeth. I get asked what the error messages are when I NEVER mentioned an error message. I then get asked if I want to upgrade after I emphasized that I DID not want to upgrade. I then get asked if I don't want communication from Vodacom. How is this communication if I can't respond!!!!!!! Everyday Vodacom sinks further into the useless service provider role and I would rather cancel ALL my contracts, lines etc... If you want to offer me free phones, calls, data then i have no expectations but if I'm paying and have been a customer for over 20 years this is unacceptable!!
