Vodacom Rewards Upgrade ****

I have upgraded my package with vodacom lines and I was told that the vouchers that were given will be free but now I am being told that I will be paying for those vouchers. This is a **** which and now I will be subjected to pay for Handset installment which I did not know of. I feel so cheated in taking up an offer which was falsly advertised to me by Vodacom consultants. I would like these charges be removed on my bill.
